SuperBook Sportsbook to enter Tennessee Sports Betting Market

The SuperBook sportsbook is set to debut this month in the Tennessee sports betting market. In March, the Tennessee Sports Wagering Advisory Committee (SWAC) gave the green light or three new sportsbooks to launch in the Volunteer State: Bally Bet, Betly, and SuperBook sports. SuperBook owns the “World’s Largest Sportsbook” at the Westgate in Las Vegas and a second location in Colorado and already offers a mobile app in four states.

SuperBook Director of Audit and Compliance Linda Tobin informed the SWAC that the brand wanted to launch in April. When you visit the SuperBook website, you will notice an announcement that it will be live in Tennessee soon.

Bally Bet officials hope to be live in Tennessee by the end of 2023 or early next year. Betly told the SWAC it is likely to be ready for the end of 2023.

13 Sportsbooks for Tennessee Bettors

With the addition of Bally Bet, Betly, and SuperBook, Tennessee sports bettors have 13 different platforms they access to bet on hometown favorites, the Titans or Predators. The Bally Bet sportsbook is active in five states, and new customers can sign up for promotions for free bets once they make a deposit and then earn points through Bally’s Casino rewards.

Bally’s already has an established presence in Tennessee. The company is the official sports betting partner of the Nashville Predators NHL franchise. At the start of the process, Bally’s applied for a license last May to the Tennessee Education Lottery, which regulated gambling operations in the state. That has responsibility has now fallen to the SWAC.

Bally’s said the delay in launching the online sportsbook in Tennessee is due to an updated software version that is being produced.

The Betly app is available in both West Virginia and Arkansas. It appears under the rand Gamewise, a partnership between GAMING1 and Delaware.

Online and mobile sports betting went live in Tennessee, which has a population of 6.9 million, on November 1, 2020.
